RICS Global and U.S. Commercial Property Monitors
RICS is a global professional body that promotes and enforces the highest professional qualification and standards in the development and management of land, real estate, construction, and infrastructure. Their goal is to ensure the consistent delivery of standards and bring confidence to the markets they serve.
RICS generates numerous publications, including their recently released “Global Commercial Property Monitor” and “United States Commercial Property Monitor.” These quarterly guides address the trends in the commercial property investment and occupier markets and are generated by the tabulation of responses received from company survey questionnaires that ask recipients to compare market conditions over the latest three months with the previous three months.
