The Global Summit 2016 of the West San Gabriel Valley Association of Realtors held on June 14, 2016.
Oscar J. Franck Terrazas, CRE, FRICS, Managing Director of International Realty Valuation de México, was a guest speaker at the 2016 Global summit.
Mr. Franck´s presentation was centered on Mexico´s Economic performance and Trade with California and the United States. Special emphasis was given to the Commercial and Tourist-Residential Real Estate Markets. He also talked about the pending Constitutional Reforms to Article 27 of the Mexican Constitution that if passed by the Senate would allow foreigners to purchase real estate within the 50 Km. restricted area of the Mexican Coasts.
Mr. Luis Bustamante, a leading Real Estate professional in the Baja California state of Mexico and former president of the Baja California Realtors Association was also a guest speaker presenting a detailed analysis of the Baja´s real estate market and business opportunities that this sector offers in the Baja region.
